"SWEET" Cheese Cream
It’s a delicious "sweet" cream that is easily spread, made from cheese and ricottas produces at 3L dairies (with Ricotta gentile and Balente sheep’s cheese). It is packaged in glass tub, typically in the form of “orcetto”
Ingredients: Pecorino cheese, Ricotta cheese, water, salt.
Excellent when spread on open sandwiches, canapé (small pieces of french bread toast) and “carasau” bread. Keep at 4°C in fridge.
