Our cheeses and ricotta cheeses are made exclusively from sheep's milk.
The milk comes from local sheep-farmers and it is collected by our vehicles on a daily basis.
Traditional sheep-farming methods and current tecnology are combined in its tecnology. Therefore manual skills are still an important aspect.
